Done Blood Test During Chemotherapy. Meaning? Have Enlarged Spleen, Breast Cancer Stage IIA
I am trying to understand my bloodtests that I have had during my chemotherapy. On a complete blood count, RBC 3.35 low HCT 33.8 low MCV 101 high MCH 33.7 high RDW 17.5 high I have or had Eosinophilia Neutacytoxin Immature Gran? What does that meab? Left shift? What does that mean? And I have an enlarged spleen causing great discomfort, I cant find anything about enlarged spleen that occurs and will go down on its own in a couple of weeks. It has been a month and still feeling discomfort. Since I couldn't find anything regarding an enlarged spleen due to treatment. And when I did, it says anything but it will go back to normal size in 4 weeks or less. Should I be concerned? I was diagnose with Breast Cancer Stage 2a, However I had a 4mm tumor growing out of one of my auxillary nodes and the other node was clean, however the skin removed along with the 2nd node has a speck of cancer in the skin tissue itself.
