Done Blood Test To Check Diabetes. Result Before And After Fasting Showed?

I do some blood check using the finger tip machine, usually it gives me numbers between 82 - 86, and it's randomly no fasting, but i always feel something wrong. So I went to my doctor and asked him to do a diabetes check . He said just choose any day from the week come to me fasting for 8 hours not more than 12 hours, and I will do the rest. I went to the hospital last week.

They took four samples of blood. as the following Two when I came to the hospital immediately. Then I drank a liquid - it was the sweetest liquid i have tasted - yak. They told me to come after an hour and they take the third sample, then told me to come after an hour and take the fourth sample.

The result was as following:
1- fasting before take the liquid : 5.67 mmol/l (102.06 mg/dl)
2- after a hour of that liquid 75ml: 6.8 mmol/l (122.4 mg/dl)
3- after two hours of that liquid 75ml: 5.5 mmol/l (99 mg/dl)
4- insulin fasting (while im fasting): 8

What does that mean ! the doctor said you are fine but you have to reduce your weight and food.

Well should i worried ?
