Done Carotid Arteries Ultrasound. What Are Tortuous Arteries? Any Correlation To Pulsatile Tinnitus?

A recent carotid arteries' ultrasound was normal, except radiologist noted there are tortuous arteries under jawline. Does that have any correlation to pulsatile tinnitus in right ear (brain, sinuses, inner ear upright mri was normal also)? What are tortuous arteries? Can taking L'Arginine, Niacin, Vitamin C, Zinc help with these arteries or with the tinnitus?
