Done Cornea Transplant For Fuchs Dystrophy. Have Astigmatism, Cloudy Vision. Due To Tears?

I have had cornea transplants and implants in both eyes due to Fuchs dystrophy. My ophthalmologist says that he can find nothing wrong organically with my eyes. I have a problem with astigmatism and a cloudy bleariness that imitates the cloudy vision of Fuchs. Could my own tears be causing this problem. The implants and corneas are clear.
