HI, MY WIFE FOLLICULAR STUDY REPORT AS FOLLOWS TVS - FOLLICULAR STUDY ON 13TH DAY UTERUS ANTEVERED,NORMAL IN SIZE 8 * 5.5 * 3.8 CM ENDOMETRIAL THICKNESS -8.3 MM RIGHT OVARY: 3.3 * 2.1 CM WITH DOMINANT FOLLICLE OF SIZE APP. 2.3 *2.0 CM LEFT OVARY- 3.0 * 1.6CM WITH DOMINANT FOLLICLE OF SIZE APP. 1.9 *1.2 CM NO POD FLUID. Please give an impression and the chance of conceiving and suggestion. Hope an early reply.

This follicular study report suggest that the dominant follicles, are present in both ovaries and are of size ready for ovulation.
The endometrial thickness is also good.
You should consult your doctor. He/she might suggest a HCG injection for the rupture of follicle that is ovulation.
This will be the time when you should have intercourse to achieve pregnancy.
