Hi, Welcome to HCM, After going through your history, you have undergone medical abortion and had prolonged bleeding and ultrasonography showed some products of conception. It is advisable to go for surgical removal after dilatation under sonography guidance. If bleeding continues then it can cause anemia. You can always take second opinion with another Gynecologist. Hope this information helps you to take appropriate action. Please do not ignore your health. Take care. Good Luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
