Hello, welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

First of all, stop worrying. You do not have multiple myeloma or MGUS.

Because, in case of MGUS / multiple myeloma, the myeloma band should have been detected. That is the only thing which can diagnose the condition.

So, do not worry. The mild increase in protein level may be due to some other disease.

Lastly, consult with your treating doctor for clinical correlation. Because, in case of clinical suspicion, bone marrow study should be considered.

Hope this will be helpful.

Regards.
