Done Semen Analysis. How To Treat Infection?
semen analysis report: general examination: quantity - about 10 cc, viscosity : normal, appearance : semi-gelatinous, mucus : absent, spillage : absent chemical examination: fructose : [positive, reaction : alkaline microscopic examination: total sperm count: 96 mil/cc, comparative morphology: normal 82% abnormal : 18% mobility - basic: 75% grade JJJ, after 1 hour: 70%, after 2 hours: 65% pus cells: 25-30/hpf, epithelial cells: 2-3/hpf, crystals/R.B.C/DEBRIS/motile organism : absent can you please advise about pus cells and how to treat my infection and what time period it requires to heel. i dont smoke , drinking is occasionally 4 times a year, my weight is 105kg what are my chances of getting a woman pregnant?

Regarding your semen analysis report..presence of pus cells,,absence of an organism suggests that you are suffering from chronic non bacterial prostatitis also known as chronic pelvic pain syndrome..other parameters are normal..
It is difficult to treat absence of organism means either you have had received antibiotics which shows no organism...
if you didn't use the antibiotic before,,,try antibiotics and alfa blocker(tamsulosin)...
presence of pus cells is not a problem in fertility..
Consult urologist for further suggestions and treatment guidelines..
