Done Semen Analysis. Is This Report Normal?

hi my semen analysis report volume : About 2.0 ml. Colour :Whitsh Odour :Seminous Consistency :Viscous ; Liquefaction Time : About 15mins. Chemical Examination :Reaction : Alkaline ; Total Count : 40million/ml. of Semen. a) Actively Motile : 75%(Immediately after Ejaculationtio) 70%(After 1st Hr.) 60%(After 2nd Hr.) b)Sluggishly Motile 20%(Immediately after Ejaculationtio) 25%(After 1st Hr.) 30%(After 2nd Hr.) c)Non-Motile 5%(Immediately after Ejaculationtio) 5%(After 1st Hr.) 10%(After 2nd Hr.) Morphology : Abnormal form 10% (approx) Pus Cell :4-6 HPF Epithelial cell : A few RBC : 0-1 HPF. Is this report normal?

Hi, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das.
The amount,odour, liquefaction time, reaction, all are normal.The total count is also normal (>20 million/ml according to WHO 1999) Total number of actively and sluggishly motile sperm count is also within normal limit (>50% as per WHO 1999) . Morphology is normal for majority of sperms. Other cells are also within normal limit.
So, overall, this report is totally satisfactory.
