Dear Robin, hello
Thanks for writing in.
Your stool examination report shows pus cells 8-10 with mucus indicate you are having infection in your intestine probably bacterial.
You should take antibiotic along with probiotic under medical supervision only. Also take light diet till your stool is normal. Always drink plenty of pure filtered water.

The information on screen appears incomplete.

It shows mucus with few pus cells.
It is suggestive of an infection.
Did you have fever and loose stools?
PLease be guided by your doctor for beginning antibiotics if appropriate.

Need clinical correlation.
