Done Ultrasound. Found Follicles In Both Ovaries, Opk Shows Positive. Bleeding Started. How?

Hello I went to the doc the other day they did s ultrasound and said I has a 3cm size follicle on my rite overy
and 4 small ones on my left. But I taken a opk on the 21st of oct and 22nd and 23rd of oct and they vame back
positve and on the 25th I started bleeding on the 28th and still bleeding today the 4th of nov.
But my ? Is how can I have follicles and still be bleeding ??

I can understand your concern follicular development and the repairing of endometrium lining are two different phase and does not always depend upon each other though this kind of phase is not common and can not consider as abnormal, hormone level is the key factor, Menstruation is physiological phenomenon and have several uncertainty but that does not cause any harm to woman but little inconvenience, have nice day.
