Dose Delayed Periods Cause Light Headedness, Sore Nipples And Dizziness?
I have been pretty light headed for about a week. This is also causing me to be dizzy. For about 2+ weeks my lower back on my right side and side area have been painful. Especially after sitting, or waking up. For about two weeks my breasts have been pretty sore, mostly my areola area. I have the mirena IUD and have not had a period for 3 years (my5th year is next year and I am not even 30) I am sexually active(husband) , but took a pregnancy test to be safe and it was negative. I eat regular meals, get plenty of rest and drink water regularly (at least 8, 8 oz a day) what is going wrong with me?
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Breast engorgement, light headedness and dizziness are common side effects of the progesterone hormone in the Mirena IUD. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and treatment should be done accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
