Dose Medication For Pimples Cause Delayed Menstruation?

Hi Doctor, I have been for a dermatologist, for the treatment of pimples and He advised me to undergo blood test, LSH and Pelvic scan. The result of the report was normal However my LSH ratio was 2.93. So he started with basic treatment for acne Isotane 20 mg, Micro bat 500mg Elovera imf moisturizer aelnd Azifast and Acnedap gel for 45 days... I am using these medicine from past 15 days,I am worried Since their is delay in my menustral cycle... Please advice..........
