Drainage In Throat But Throat Is Dry
I have a steady drainage in the back of my throat . When I first wake up in morning, I am ok, then I feel like a lump is in my throat by bedtime. my throat becomes dry too and my breath smells. What could make this happen?

Maybe you are suffering from a pharyngeal diverticulum which is an out pouching (like a small bag) from your food tube(esophagus). It could feel like a lump and cause bad breath as well. A barium swallow study of the esophagus and an endoscopy will confirm the diagnosis and it is very much treatable. You need to consult with a gastro-enterologist to do the tests first.
