Hello there,

Your lab results show elevated liver enzymes and triglycerides and also cholesterol.. these results are expected for someone who is a regular drinker of alcoholic beverages.
It is the liver that neutralizes these harmful chemicals that you introduced in your body. Alcohol is one, it affects the liver directly and indirectly, alcohol increases fat deposition in the body and fat mobilization in the blood. So these lab results should alarm you to reduce of stop alcohol intake. Get rid of fatty foods and start to exercise to help reduce the blood cholesterol level.
You are still in the early part of this alcohol related liver problem and high cholesterol in your blood. Start adhering to healthy lifestyle to finally reverse this unwnted changes in your body.
Feel free to send your repeat lab results.
Thank you,

Dr. Eric
