Greetings of the day

Let me first answer the myth about blood donation. Donating blood once in every 3 months in a healthy person between 18_65 ,years of age does not cause any health ailments or physical constraint. So your symptoms are totally not due to blood donation.

Software professionals are usually exposed to tremendous stress because of work pressure, prolonged period of time in front of the screen. All these are causes of your symptoms, leading on to chronic fatigue syndrome.
Taking break every hour from work, focusing your eyes at far off object after being in front of screen for longer time , consumption of plenty of water everyday, a serving of citrus fruit everyday will help. Also meditation will also help.

I hope it helped
