Dry And Cracked Crust On Ear, Bleeding, Rinsed With Peroxide, Painful. Anything I Can Do?

ok, so i put in cheap earrings the other day, and then this morning a dry, cracked crust had formed over 1 ear, and a scab had formed over the other. I pushed both earrings through, and the scabbed one started bleeding through both sides. I took a shower and rinsed it w/ peroxide . I put the earring back in to prevent further scabbing, and now it hurts to touch both earring holes.is there anything i can do?

PUT SMALL WOODEN PICK INSIDE INSTEAD OF EARRINGS
AKE COUSE OF ANTIBIOTICS MAY BE OFLOX 200 MGM BD
WASH WITH BETADINE SOLUTION 2 - 3 TIMES A DAY AND APPLY CLINDAC A GEL OVER THE SCAB
TAKE PAIN KILLER IF NEED BE
