Dry, Bark Like Cough, Harsh Voice, Pain In Chest. On Remicade Infusion Treatments. No Fever. Help

I am on Remicade Infusion treatments and have come down with ... not sure if it's a cold or flu, I do have a very dry bark like cough and my voice has gone harsh and of course with all the coughing my chest hursts, I have no fever today...I have been sick now for about 7 days, feel worse at night. hoping you can help... Thank you,

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Remicade i.e.infliximab is a most potent drug for the treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis .
This drug lower immunity system and causes many infection due to immunity depletion.
As you are complaining that there is sever bouts of cough , chest hurts, sickness.
In my opinion get in an X ray of chest and blood examination for C B C & E S R.
2 reason of cough may be allergic bronchitis . Cough ( dry),chest congestion and sickness may be due to allergy so get in physical examination by a physician .
3 Next reason of such cough may be due to bronchiectasis . Diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray and sputum examination.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion.
