my sister age 28 married had complains of dry cough for past 10 months,more when she is in kitchen or take some fatty foods even milk.use of mytika or antitussive syrup relieve.cough usually occurs twice or thrice mostly after above mENTIONED AGGREVIATING FACTORS. CHEST IS CLEAR AND XRAY IS NORMAL.NO HISTORY OF WEIGHT LOSS OF FEVER

Your sister seems to be having allergic bronchitis or bronchial asthma.
She should avoid dust and smoke and should not go out to avoid the exposure to pollens which are in the air in springs.
She should get evaluated by an apt physician and there are very good drugs available which would relieve her symptoms.
