Dry Cough, Continuous Coughing, White Foamy Liquid, Tiredness, Increased Heart Rate. Suggestions?

Symptoms came all of a sudden four days ago. Hacking dry cough that wears me out, can't stop coughing, at times just taking a deep breath gets me coughing, cough wakes me up at night, sometimes, with white foamy liquid. Temperature runs from 99.8 - 102.5, very tired, tongue is covered with white. Heart rate in the 90's, usually, 60's - 70's.

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thank you for your querry.
It sounds like severe respiratory infection which is probably bacterial and you should visit doctor for some tests and antibiotic treatment. ALso you should drink enough fluid to prevent dehydration,your white tongue may indicate this. It should be treated before lung infection occur so dnt ignore your symptoms. For cough you can take some marshmallow tea and propolis from honey. WIsh you good health.
