Dry, Flaky, Red Skin Along Jaws With Soreness And Burning Skin After Swimming. Applying Sunscreen. Thoughts?

My children and I all have the same problem. We are on vacation and have been covered in sunscreen and swimming in Kentucky lake since Sunday. We all three have dry, flaky, red skin along our jaws. My 3 year old told me his skin was sore. Mine is more exaggerated then theirs seems to be and I know my skin feels like its on fire! Any thoughts?

Dry flaky skin over the jaw line is only due to swimming it is due to hard water .it can be cured by application of moisteriser and fluticasone ointmeent over the lesions can cure it
