The symptoms u have given suggest the possibility of obstructive sleep apnoea. This is usually seen in obese people and others with airway obstruction. The obstruction of the airway causes snoring and hypoxia. This disturbs the sleep and the sleep is not refreshing leading to daytime drowsiness. When there is obstruction we often try to breath with the mout and this causes dryness of the mouth. Get a checkup done at the sleep lab to find out the exact cause.
Hope this helps u
Thanks and regards
