Dry Mouth, Unable To Swallow. On Prozac. What Is The Cause?

Hi, i am currently on 20mg of prozac a day. I drink a lot of tea and dont really drink water at all. i sometimes find i have a very dry mouth and cant swallow properly unless ieat a chewing gum or sip something. i suffer from anxiety but what do you think is causing this dry mouth? when im at home its fine , it only happens when im not at home?

Anxiety also can cause dry mouth.
I would advice you to take plenty of fluids and water.
Keep your mouth hydrated.
Salivary substitutes has to be administered if necessary.
Please do visit a dentist and get a thorough evaluation done.
Avoid anxiety as much as possible.
Take rest as required and sleep well for relief.
