Dry, Red Patch Above Upper Lip, No Blisters. What Could It Be?
I have had a dry, red patch above my upper lip for 2 months now, no blisters, but it does get dry and crusty. I have been to the doctor twice and have gotten cream and pills for it, it seemed to help but it won t go away. There are no such rashes on any part of my body and have never had a cold sore . What could it be? Also, sometimes it burns and is tight.
Hi i think it is dle or lip eczema .it is due to exposure to sunlight repeatedly.sometimes it can be due to localised steven johnson syndrome due to drugs.rule out it.treatment is by using a antihistamine atarax 25 mg at night.antibiotic twice daily and application of diprovate g ointment over the lesions followed by saline compressors
