Dry Vagina, Itching, Cramping, Sore Spot. Have IUD. What Does It Indicate?

I'm 22 years old and have had an extremely dry vagina for 4 days, it's been accompanied by itchyness especially at night and have had random cramping (not sure if its associated). Also this morning I noticed a sore spot on the top right side of my vagina it feels a bit like a bump. I have an IUD and have had the same sexual partner for 4 years...please help!

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. I think you are having yeast infection and for that you need to take antifungal ointments for topical use. I also suggest you to take antihistaminic drugs for itching. Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
