ECG Report Says Sinus Rhythm, Ecotopic Beat. Taken Aceclofenac Pill For Back Pain. Side Effects Of Medicine?

My ECG report says 800: sinus rhythm
632: slight ST-T Abnormality(II)
Is there a problem I was asked to do a ECG as the doctor found an ectopic beat while checking BP.so far my bp was normal to low. I had my C section in April 2013. I had taken paracetamol&aceclofenac combination pill in the morning for back pain. After few hours I had slight giddiness. Is this medicine side effect. I had the BP check and ECG in the evening

hi dear....
if your B.P is normal,ECG show sinus rythem, and you are symptom less, then you should nor to be worry about ectopic beats....
Aceclofenac is known to cause high blood pressure and congestive heart failure in some people, but this would be with long-term usage, not short-term.
