You have to be alert if your pulse becomes rapid -more than 200per minute
Sometimes this happens in atrial fibrilation, WPW syndrome, and in some kind of cardio myopathies , A_V NoDE blocks etc
Your cardiologist will decipher the exact cause.
All you have to see is whether your pulse becomes abnormally high rate, and also watch the rate on exertion, any attacks of Syncopy(fainting), dizziness,blurring of vision, palpitation even without exertion.
There are medications for this kind of presentation (atrial fibrillation), trust your cardiologist to treat you
