YOU ARE HAVING CHOLESTEROL HOWEVER IT IS NOT GOING TO CURE YOUR ISCHEMIA.. I ADVISE TO YOU THAT GO WITH A PROPER DIETARY REGIME... AND DO SOME GOOD BREATHING EXERCISE WITH PHYSICAL ONES DAILY EARLY MORNING... GIVE SOME SPACE FOR FIBERS IN YOUR DIET AND EAT LOT OF FRESH THINGS. AVOID YOGURT AND FERMENTED FOOD LIKE BREAD, CAKE ETC.. A CLEAR NO TO EDIBLE / VANASPATI GHEE, HOWEVER YOU CAN REPLACE SAME WITH DESI GHEE PREPARED ONLY AT HOME FROM COW S MILK. REST YOU CAN EAT EVERY THING.. INCLUDE 50 ML OF AMLA JUICE TWICE DAILY... EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW JUST THESE SIMPLE THINGS YOU GAIN GAIN BACK YOUR HEALTH AND CAN STAY FIT...
