ESR Level Raised, TB Gold Report Positive With No Symptoms. How To Treat It?

Hi m 29 yrs old, have medical history of ectopic pregnancy 6 months back, as a routine checkup after 3 months found my ESR level raised with no specific symptoms, it is raised even after one month now, have got TB gold report positive , but no symptoms like fever, weight loss or anything, what should I do now?

Since your TB gold is postive and ESR is also high you will have to be treated for six months with anti tubercular drugs. Please approach a physician soon
