Ear Ache, Dizziness, Itchy Throat. Suffering From Hearing Loss From Childhood. Treatment?

I am 36 female.... I have had ear infections as a child and suffer from hearing loss.... My hearing loss has not become worse as an adult

For the last few weeks I have had an earache that is persistent with some dizziness every now and then. I also have an itchy throat that I’ve ignored….

Other then these symptoms I feel fine for the most part….
I don't have insurance and can't afford to go to an ent

can you please help.

thank you for posting your query in health care magic...i suggest you got upper airway infection which has spread to ear as well..u need to take wickoryl a combination drug of anti-histamine and analgesic..i advice you salt water gargling..take antibiotic amox for 3-5 days..and if you are allergic to food or some inhalents avoid them
