Ear Block And Throat Pain. Take Lorfast? Or Omnacortil?

my 8 years child having problem of ear block and eaching in throat , Dr. ( ENT ) prescribed as under:- Tab. Lorfast meltab half OD Tab. Omnacortil-DT 10 mg. Twice a Day Please suggest me for above prescribed medicine, I am doubtful about omnacortil 10 mg (side effect like face bulging etc.)

i think no to omnacortil
give tab metrogyl 200 mgm bd
tab monir 5 mgm bd chewable
tab/syp allegra 30 mgm bd
styp piriton 1/2 tsf night
neosporin h eye ontment apply locally in nose and throat
1 drop ofsea water in each nostril night
no steam
2 week necessary to open ears
