Ear Felt Muffled, High Pitching Ringing Sensation In Ears. Tinnitus?

HI. this morning i noticed my right ear was a bit muffled so I used Debrox twice within an hour or so, rinsed my ear out with the rubber bulb and it was a little better but still slightly noticeable. I noticed that the Debrox expired last December 2012. A few hours later I took a shower and upon shutting the water off, I had a high pitch ringing in my ear. Its now been a few hours and it hasn't gone away. Searching the web, I'm starting to get nervous that this might be permanent. I have always had lots of wax buildup in my ears and doctors usually end up sucking/pulling a lot out. Is it possible, I might have created tinnitus that I will have forever? I made an appt. with an ENT but can't get in until Monday. Is this ok to wait? thanks so much.

BLOCKAGE OF EAR IS MAIN
WAX IN CNAL DRUM INFLAMATION RUPTURE DRUM,MIDDLE EAR FLUID AND NERVE INOLVEMENT AND BRAIN AREA INVOLVEMENT ARE CAUSES
YOU HAVE TO DIAGNOSE
BUT IN YOUR CASE AS THE HISTORY TELLS IT IS WAX BLOCKING EAR AS A PERSON WHO HAS WAX HAS TO CLEAN IT FROM DOCTOR AFTER 6 MONTHS
I THINK YOU WILL BE GETTING FINE AFTER WAX REMOVAL
