Ear Infection, Ingrowth In Ear. Cleaned Ear Canal. What Is It?

I treated my dog for an ear infection last month and it cleared up. took him to groomers last week and they didn't see it so I don't know if it was there. just gave him a bath went to clean his ear and there is a walnut size growth coliflower shaper in his ear. cleaned ear canal nothing came out. what the heck??? maltipoo

I suspect it may the carcinomatous growth in ear canal ( Cancer in ear).

Because it is cauliflower in shape.

I advise you to get veterinary surgeon opinion.
If possible ask your veterinary surgeon to biopsy and examine the growth for cancer with the help of pathologist.
