Hello and welcome to HCM

A combination of ear ache, ringing in the ear, sore throat and headache can be due to a single pathology or due to separate pathologies.
It would be advisable to visit an ENT specialist again. The throat and middle ear cavity are connected to each other so infection at one site can spread to the other.
Focal headache behind eye can be related to some eye problem or a manifestation of same ear problem.
A CT head will throw some light on the disease process.
Visit your ENT expert for further work up.

Thanks and take care
