Ear Injured While Cleaning. Taking Medication. Hearing Power Different In Both Ears. How To Rectify?

Hi sir , thuis is vinay, last month in my ear there is a injury due to in the ear bird cleaner, and shown the doctor he told me that there is hole in my ear nearly 5mm, due to that injury only, and taken one month medicines for the same. Now there is no pain in my ear, but it is something different with other ear, like earing power and and resound, some other related small things, Sir just suggest me what i do now, is there any problem with this. Kindly suggest and give good suggestion for me.

Welcome in H.C.M. for query.
I have gone through your query regarding injury to ear drum followed by diminish hearing and heaviness in ear.
As you have told that you hurt your ear drum of left ear during ear cleaning by ear bud and after taking treatment from your GP you have some hearing problem indicates that your perforation is still persisting. I advice you to consult ENT specialist for clinically examining the ear and do Audiometeric testing to access the hearing.
usually these type of traumatic perforation of ear drum heal by conservative treatment. But you have passed about one month therefore it might be possible to do some surgical intervention. but if you leave this hole untreated than you may land on some complication like chronic otitis media.
