Ear Pain, Discomfor In Throat, Difficluty Swallowing, Dry Cough, Have Cold. What May Wrong?

Hi...I have had my left ear hurting well not really hurting just feels different deep inside.On my same side when I swallow I feel like there is something there in my throat.I feel like I can hear it but when I turn my head to the right I don't notice it.I also have a dry cough but only ever now and then but seems to be getting worse yet I don't feel I have a cold.

Hi, it appears to be due to the infection of the throat , and spreading to the middle ear, so appears that there is some problem in the ears. I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
