Ear Pain, Frequent Jaw And Tooth Pain, Headache, Sour Taste In Mouth. Having Vestibular Problems. Any Ideas?

I intermittently have ear ache but more frequently jaw and tooth pain as well as tension headache.I wear a mouthpiece to help with grinding teeth but TMJ symptoms don't seem to be subsiding. Now Im noticing sour tastes in my mouth. Ive had vestibular issues with right ear the past four years and been treated with Epley which seems to help. Any ideas outside of TMJ?
