Earache After Being On Antibiotics For Teeth Infection With Dizziness, Off Balance And Severe Pain, Feeling Of Movement In Ears. Infected Ears?

Hi. I have had a bad ear ache for about a month now. This started after being on antibiotics for 6 weeks for a bad infection with my teeth. I ended up having the back two bottom molars pulled. The pain is worse when I open my mouth. I have started getting dizzy some and my balance seems to be off at times. It wakes me up at night with severe pain. I have tried laying that side on a heating pad for about 20 minutes at a time. It helps the pain to some degree and at times while on the heating pad I feel a sensation that something is moving within my ear. I saw a doctor when it first started and was told there was fluid in there and it was red. Is it possible that the infection in my gums has not gone away and is now causing the ear problems? Any other ideas?

ADD ANTACID TO DECREASE THE THROAT PROBLEMS DUE TO REFLUX
APPLY NEOMYCIN H OINTMENT IN NOSE BD AND SEA WATER 2 DROPS AT NIGHT IN EACH NOSE TO CLEAR EUSTACHIAN TUBES AND THROAT AND NOSE
TAKE ANALGSIC SOS
REVIEW AFTER 3 WK
