Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
You are having upper respiratory tract infection, because of which you are having all the symptoms.
Infection can move in either direction from throat to ear and ear to throat by a canal called eustachian tube.
Whenever the pressure inside the ear increases because of the infection it may cause sever pain in the head region and the face.
I would suggest you to take a course of oral antibiotics and oral NSAIDs.
If your symptoms are not improving you may require expert opinion on symptoms and clinical findings.
Thank you.
