Problems weakness, back-pain, nausea following a reduced menstural cycle, urine pregnancy test negative.

Information needed--- a) any spotting / discharge per vaginum ?
b) Any urinary symptoms like burning, desire to pass urine frequently
c) any episode of acute pain in the lower abdomen, any episode of back pain before this episode?

probability of a pregnancy can be ruled out by doing a Beta hcg blood test and a USG pelvis. Usually this would be accompanied with a bloody discharge pv/ spotting pv.

A Pelvic inflammation could be another cause, which can be ruled out by an internal examination,

Lastly a urinay infection could cause these symptoms.

with best wishes
