Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pregnancy tests would check for the HCG hormone which is secreted in increasing amounts as a pregnancy progresses.
These levels are usually detectable in the urine by day 11 to 14 after conception and a little earlier by blood tests.

If you strongly suspect you are pregnant you can consider speaking to your doctor about a blood HCG level. This would definitely tell you.

I hope this helps
