Early Periods With Light Flow Also Have Fatigue And Cramping. HPT Negative. Does This Indicate Pregnancy?

On Nov 1st I had what seemed to be a light period even though I should not have started until the 15th of the month. The flow was lite for a few days then stopped. For the last few days have been overly tired, sick to my stomach, and cramping. Took pregnancy test but was negative. Should I take another test with morning urine before calling to make an appointment to see what is wrong?

Hello,

Mild spotting or bleeding 2 weeks ago may be due to ovulation and it is called ovulatory bleeding due to sudden drop of estrogen around ovulation time.

However, it is better to undergo one home pregnancy test with morning urine sample if you miss your upcoming period. Early test is less significant.
