Echo And Noise In Ear, More In Left, Shaking Helps A Bit. Treatment?

hi doctor ... i have been expressing echo and noise in my ears from 4 years ago and this happens just at high volume levels which are very comfortable levels for others but annoying for me ... shaking my ears helps little bit but the problem backs immediatly after minutes ... this happens in the left ear more than the right one

Hi,
From your history it seems that you might have impacted wax in your ears giving rise to echo and noise and partial hearing loss in your left ear.
Consult ENT specialist and get examined.
Meanwhile put some wax dissolving ear drops in your both ears.
Ok and take care.
