Eczema On Forelimbs And Very Dry Lips. Using Cicaplast Baume B5, Only Temporary Relief. Treatment?

my lips are super dry and they've been like this since last week and bumps that come and go I've been putting Carmex and vaseline on them it seems to be fine but then they dry up again and seem to be dry around my lips as well and my eczema seems to getting worse on my arms there's a rash on both forearms and a small patch is appearing on my left hand and all over my left arm. I'm using CICAPLAST BAUME B5 the pharmacist suggested it and it works but then it starts to get itchy again and seems to be spreading.

Hi eczema on forearms and lips can be normal phenonmenon in dry skin individuals in winter months.use of venusia max cream over the lips and foreams along with diprovate g ointment over the lesiond can cure the condition .use of cetaphil cleansing lotion for bath is a must and use of maxepa tablet daiy once can cure the condition.
