Effective Treatment For Unusual P Axis And Low Voltage Qrs

my wife is 29 year old and she had her recent ecg which shows unusual P axis, possible ectopic atrial rhythm, low voltage qrs -78 ms QT/QTC-348/432 PR-96ms, RR/PP 646/645 ms P/QRW/T 46/3/-5 DEG....this is her report...should I need to worry what is the probable diagnosis? please help

Hey, most likely this seems a machine/ computer generated report. Such reports may at times be very erroneous.

Are the inverted in leads II,III, and aVF and upright in aVR. This could be Low atrial or so-called 'Coronary Sinus Rhythm'.

Nothing much to worry about.
