Egg Shaped Lump On The Back. No Pain. What Is It?

I am a massage therapist and noticed a smooth, egg-shaped and egg sized lump on a patient s back. It was not tender and was freely movable but with fairly defined edges. She had no idea it was there. I casually mentioned it andmavoidedmthe area but I want to be sure she checks it out as I m concerned. It may only be a benign cyst but, any ideas of what to tell her?

Thank you for asking.
What you are describing is highly suggestive of a Lymphoma, a benign fatty tissue growth.
The effect of which is usually only cosmetic .
