Ejaculation Immediately After Erection Without Penetration, No Other Medical Disease, Semen Analysis Done. Guidance?

Hello Sir, Good afternoon, I am writting from India. My age is 35(Male). I ejaculate soon after errection therefore no penetration. No Intercourse with my wife yet. I am married for the last 5 years. I have got my semen analysis done.The report says I have 132 million count. 30% motality. Active motile 40% sluggish motile-60% and Dead/no motile-70%, pus cells 25-30HPF Red blood cells-2/3 HPF fructose in semen-present. testicular epithelial cells Nil.color-grayish white., volume 2.5ml,. I have no other desease like diabetese, BP , etc. I am quite normal otherwise. I work from 9 am to 10PM (Stressfully) for the last 8 years. Kindly guide me I am shamefull and frustrated. Hi Ritesh,
This is typical problem of premature ejaculation. This is a common problem which many males are suffering from and because of the shame they feel, they don't want to discuss this. Although the intensity of this vary in different individuals.
This can be controlled and cured and requires some practicals methods along with your wife. Apart form that different medications are there which can be used to control and treat this condition.
I would suggest you to consult some psychologist who deals in this aspect along with your wife and than according to your problem he/she can suggest both of you some methods to practice and some medications for use.
Another most important thing which very commonly lead to this type of problem is anxiety associated with this type of situation and I would suggest you to try to control this as this is not your fault.

DEAR Ritesh/rajivkausik, IT is quite normal in early days of marriage to ejaculate before insertion but you can repeat the act within short time it gives temporary solution as you said still you had no penetration your partner also needs physical examination by gynecologist, for early ejaculation good help is available to any sexologist.semen report is showing marginal low motility dont concentrate on report noe get your sexual life settled then think of kids.
