hi doctor am a female and i want to ask u about Rapid white Blue light tooth whitening system it it good for the teeth or bad because some of people said that it herts the teeth some of them said that its good so am littel bit confused and i need an answer :) thanks all

As far as I understand, there is no blue light that makes teeth white. There is an ultraviolet light that is used to cure(make set) the tooth colour filling material(composites). If the decay is too deep approximating pulp, then we caanot give this material. Because this material causes irritation to the pulp and result in pain. Consult a endodontist and get aradiograph done and after that we can plan what material can be given.
