Elevated ESR With Extremely Bad Headaches

Hi, I am a 35yr old woman who has had elevated ESR (constantly fluctuates but never goes below 35, currently at 50) and extremely bad headaches for two years now. I have had CT Scans, MRI's,Lumbar Punctures, chest X-Ray and still have had no diagnosis, I was on a high dose on Prednisone for several months but it didn't really do anything apart from make me feel worse. My doctor is now totally baffled and does not seem to know what to do next. Any idea's on what should I do next?

hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of you.

a thorough neuromuscular assessment is advised.

as all the tests are performed and even medication tried which is not able to help you relief of your pain.

try performing general body conditioning, breathing exercises and meditation.

By all of the combination of three you will have good metabolism , good oxygen in blood to repair the damaged unknown cells and control of symptoms.

With the improved Metabolism the body will help balance the cellular functioning and also with improved oxygen the brain cells will improve in nourishmemd.

this is one of the natural way you can try which I recommend my patients and most of them gets helped.
