Hello
You have slightly high TSH as the normal range is considered to be between .3 to 3.0
You should start the medicine.
In fact the medicine called as artificial thyroxine is just a supplement and not a medicine in true sense.
Ypu are just replacing something which is being produced by your body in less quantities.
In fact you can not avoid it.
Sooner or later you will have to start it.
There is no natural cure for this.
You are a patient of subclinical hypothyroidism where TSH is high and T4 are normal.
Thanks
